JAA Career Helicopter Pilot
This course is for people that want to make a career
out of being a helicopter pilot.
The career helicopter pilot course takes you from
zero hours to 280 flight hours.
On completion of the course you will be offered
a mixture of commercial charter flights, photographic
flights, pleasure flying and instructional work.
This is the simplified version of how the JAA Career
Helicopter Pilot course is structured:
• JAA Private Pilot Licence
• Hour Building
• R-44 Type Rating
• JAA Commercial Licence
• On completion of the CPL a minimum of 80
hours paid commercial work will be offered to you.
You will work as a commercial pilot and get paid
for it!
• JAA Flight Instructor Rating
• Employed as a commercial helicopter pilot
/ instructor
